What can cause them both to stop working besides being faulty? Maybe this is somehow linked to the hesitation problem im having.

i'll check ebay, the hesitation problem is in the morning when i drive the car and give it halfway gas it starts to jerk alot, when its warm it still does it but not as noticeable. no CEL's.You have been defeated by a car with child locks, how embarassing...
