Valve Ajustment Problems

Ok! I have a problem with my valve ajustment on my f20a sohc, like any other problem I had this ticking noise on my valve cover, someone told me I might need a valve ajustment, So I went with a cheap resourse, I had my cousin do it, He has done it before on his accord but the thing is that, his accord is the f22a1 block and I thought it might not be the same for an f20a sohc, block, ever since he did my valve ajustment, it lacks power now Any suggestions

u just have to REDO it. and really take time .. its a back breaker imo..

it took me about 2 tries to get it. but i still hear a tad of ticking that i never used to here b4. all in all its better to be looser a bit than tighter ..

good luck.. really just redo it and make sure ur gaps are right..
