OBX short shifter adapter

i just bought the obx short shifter adapter and it doesnt come with instructions. has anyone put one on there car before? little help please

My guess would be:

Remove the shift cable that allows you to move into gear.

Place adapter where you disconnected the cable.

Place the cable in the adapter.

My guess would be:

Place the cable in the adapter.

^ that's basically it! the adapter relocates the upper cable linkage to a higher position, changing the geometry of the shift, thus shortening the up/down throw. the left/right shift distance will remain the same.

Interesting I see this right now. I had these for LaunchPad and his B&M one, but here you go.
