fog light help

the other day i was trying to change out a blown bulb on my fogs and when i was putting the new bulb in both of the fogs stopped working.... any ideas on what happened cause now neither work and the bulbs dont look blown. maybe they have a fuse or sumtin somewhere.

Sounds to me like you might have a bad ground. Check all your chasis gronds...if you have an OEM wiring harness (assuming you have OEM fogs) the ground can come unattached.

i do have oem harness and fogs. but where is the ground for the fogs. and i dont understand how the bulbs work cause theres only one connection

The ground should be on the front end, near the horns. If the ground isn't good the fogs don't turn on.

you went to wal mart and got the H1 or H3? fog replacement bulb right? I am wanting to know where to get the bulbs with the 2 prongs that plug up to the OEM harnesses. I don't want to hack them.

90-91 Fogs use H3
92-93 Fogs use H3c

I've heard stories of people replacing the H3c with H7.
