    o2 sensor help

    i have a 1990 ex and i bought it and it has some ractive headers and it has the space for where the o2 sensor would go on the stock header but its just not there and its not tucked away anywhere. But theres one on the down pipe like under the car and im getting o2 sensor cel am i only suposed to have 1 or am i supposed to have 2 of them. Or is the cel from because the one i have is no good.

    ur supposed to have one.

    lx's have them on the top of the header where the ex's have them under the car after the flex pipe.

    just extend the wires from the old sensor to the new one under the car. then you will be fine.
    What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

    You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

        actually, I never had to "extend" the wires by adding more wire, not sure about you guys. I just had to cut the loom and then retape. I love honda =)
