I got everything all TDC and I cant get the tensioner to bolt up, I cant get spring to compress so that tensoiner will bolt up to block, If anyone can help that would be great!!!!???!!?!?!?!?!?!?

i think you have to get a new one. but i suggest doing a manual conversion. check out bustedlx's write up.
i could have just had bad luck, but i broke two tensioners. and they were all preloaded from honda.
