Drive D4 Blinks

D4 blinks and Car wont start for a couple of mins anyone know what this could be from? and I changed the o2 sensor I only have one

mine did the same exact thing!..when the car would die on me from time to time, and trying to repeatly start the car, and it would die, then the D4 would flash, really i dont think its anything, i think the computer might think your trying to like run codes on it..after i replaced my main relay it has never come back on, nor has the car died on me.
