Hey
Hmm
Are you trying to replace one whole window? I did mine it took me like 25 minutes because its a pain in the ass...
Althought I took a window from a donor car it was pretty easy...hit me back and tell me more about what your trying to do...I'll see what I can help you withHenry R

You want to replace the window run channel (what the window slides in). I did my drivers side.
Take door panel off. Remove the plastic door covering carefully as you will be putting it back. Move the window to where you can remove loosen/remove the screws that hold the window in place. Remove the window. Then remove the old run channel and install the new one. Not hard, just takes time.

That little clip was a pain. I usually just turned the door panel sideways and squeezed the whol ehandle assembly out... I broke the clip on my passenger side doing that though... I have a twisty tie thing taking it's place (works pretty well too!) That clip is the toughest thing...
The regulator is pretty easy itself. Once the panel is off, remove the water guard (plastic) carefully... I was afraid to try that, so I took it to a mechanic too... he ripped it to shreds Just put the window down far enough to get it out. You'll see two bolts on white plastic... That's where the window bolts on (and adjusts... adjusting is a pain.) Loosen those and slip the glass out of the top. Then just remove the regulator (loosen the bolts, look on the new regulator if you must to get an idea where they are.. or get a Chiltons...) Stick the new regulator back in, bolt it down, slide the window in, and bolt it in. Adjust, and you're set...
And somewhere in there you can replace the rubber... I can't help with that (I still have to do it).
BTW, www.1aauto.com is a good place to buy the regulator.
