    Problems, help!

    ok so i konw the firing order is 1342 in my car, BUT i dont know which places to put the wires on my new distributor i just installed!!! i tried searching but had no help, anyoen hav ea picture or can help me plz

      heres the order as if your lookin at the distributor from the passengers side the longest sparkplug goes to the cylinder all the way to the drivers side. to the top . so here it is look at your distributor from left to right its 1-2 then at the top from left to right is 3-4. Then from there the longest plug wire is 1 which is at the bottom and 2 is the second longest 3-4 is at the top the 3rd is the third longest and the 4-one at the top is the shortest

        ok so heres the deal i got everything wired correctly but it still wont go, all i did was unbolt and unplug the old dizzy and plug in and bolt in the new one, and it wont run any idears

            ok again, i got all the firing in order everything is good, but still wont start, any other idears???

            oh and another thing, when i was messing with my wires in the wrong order it started for a second but was bogged down adn was choking itself out, why can i start it wrong but when its right i cant get it to start?
