Whine In car only when in gear

    Ok,

So my car whines will it's in gear. It's a 5spd JDM H22a setup and I was curious as to what could be the culprit? When I put the clutch in, the noise goes away all together.

It really happens in 1st when I'm accelerating from 1k-3k RPM, not so much on decel. Can't hear it as bad in second gear...

    Any ideas?

I'll post more details when I get back,
    Thanks

          No. No. Fine (Normal).

          Lol. It's weird I know.

I'll check the fluid levels and get back with you guys...btw, on that note, there is no other way to do it other than to pull that top plug on the bell housing off is there? (The one where you put the fluid in...)

          Thanks
