    f20a Intake Manifold

I recently acquired a f20a intake manifold from Japan. I don't know the specs on the f22a but would it be worth using this intake manifold over mine, or will it be worse?

Depending on your engine model (ie: A1 or A4 or A6) it could help you gain a little power. If you have the a1 your gonna gain some power if you use a PT6 ecu. The F20A has a dual butterfly (aka IAB) that opens up around 4200 RPMs that is like a secondary set of barrels opening up on a four barrel carb.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it had dual runners (haven't got a look yet).
I have an a4 so it should help if I use it.

      Where would I find a PT6 ecu?

Sorry, that was a dumb question, I'm sure I can track one down.
One thing I'm told I need tho is a black box (IAB controller), where do I get this, or would it come with the ECU?

just have them open up manually...
You have been defeated by a car with child locks, how embarassing...

            how would I do that?
anyways, I checked it out and it doesn't have dual runners, maybe it came from a different engine?

you have to connect a vacuum hose from anywhere on the intake manifold to that drum looking thing on the right side, that will open them up when you press on the gas.

that would kill my torque tho, and eat a lot more gas?
