    idleing high

I like to think I'm pretty smart when it comes to my car..
This one is puzzleing me.. I ajusted my idle on my car to raise it alittle it was idleing at 600, now it will stick about 1100 then drop down to 800 even after it is warm.. Any idea's or suggestions would help... thanks

P.S. this is while I'm driving it and come to a stop or push the clutch in

I'm asking why when I drive and come to a stop or push the clutch in, it stays around 1100 then drops? it is very anoyying to me.. I'm not talking about it dropping quick it takes about 15-30 seconds to drop..
