slight Headlight problem

ok so my drivers side headlight is out.... i think it might just be the bulbs shattered but im not sure ok so i look in this lense and i see bits of what looks like glass in there, pretty small pieces. any ideas? im just asking u guys cuz i just started school and i dont want to rip my bumper and shit off to get the headlight out just to find out i need new bulbs.. tia

the bulb exploded lol....just pull out the bulb and socket from the headlight and see if its broken, if it is get a new one....no need to take off the bumper

lol thanks but how do i take it out without taking the headlight apart

pop the hood.
place the hood prop correctly.
look at the back of the headlight for a blue or white socket (depends on which bulb you are looking at)
grab hold of the socket and twist towards drivers side.
gently slide blub/socket combo out of the hole.

also if you wish to get those fragments out.. try a shop vac with small hose attachment.. good luck

wow thanks guys and thx for not flamin me for being so noobish i just need to get this fixed asap so i dont get pulled over, hopefully they would just give me a warning first but prob not with my record. LOL well thx again
