Ok, I just wanted a definite answer. My manual accord, I always thought the transmission fluid was the same reservoir as the differential, however I just wanted to know is there a separate fluid for the differential/transaxle and for the transmission? Cause there are some different drain/fill bolts it looks that appear on the tranny casing which arent the tranny drain/fill bolts? I asked this question before but know one knew the answer.

Yes to be short and simple.
The drain and fill bolts are just that drain and fill. What I normally do when filling up my transmission is remove both the drain and fill bolts to allow all the fluid to drain out. Replace the drain bolt.
Before I forget goto honda and get a new crush washer for both the drain and fill bolts
To fill the transmission I normally remove the little rubber vent plug on top of the transmission. Use a small funnel and slowly pour in the tranny fluid. you shouldn't need more then 2qts. to fill the transmission. Remember to keep the fill bolt out wile doing this. Stop adding fluid when fluid starts to come out of the fill hole. Replace the fill bolt and vent plug.
That's pretty much it
*edit here's a pic of where the vent and drain/fill plugs are
The rubber vent plug is #5
Drain bolt is #11 aluminum crush washer is #16
Fill bolt is #15 aluminum cursh washer is #17

ok that is excellent help pwrusr and the diagram is good cause what part of my question is what are numbers 12 and 13? i took it off one day by accident and oil poured out and then the top one(13) is some sort of fill thing with a metal piece that looks almsot like a dipstick?

removing misc. plugs and bolts from a trans is bad news. Those are sealing plugs near the main/counter shaft. You should put a non-hardening sealer on them cause they might leak down the road if you don't. Some of the bolts that you can see in the case have detrimental effects if you remove them, so I would be careful.
also, don't force oil into the transmission when filling. Let it all pour out of the fill hole until its stops. Overfilling is bad because it can affect the synchronizers and make shifting difficult.
