Brake light on the spoiler!! Help

Ok the brake light on my spoiler stays on when i turn my headlights on, and it doesnt work with my headlights off.. so can anyone tell me what exactly is the problem here.. I have a 90 accord coupe with the stock spoiler..The bright ass brake light stays on how can i fix this problem??

If it was installed correctly, the control box that's mounted to the right rear tailight might be bad. You'll need to buy the accessory one, not the stock
