Theres one nut you remove, you have to push down on the back of the seat to see it (near the seatbelts). Then tilt the seat to the front and pull up.

in total, it should be about 7 bolts to take out to remove the back seat...4 that holds the back of the seat in place...one that holds the bottom of the seat in place and 2 that holds the left and right side cushions that cover the bolts for the back of the seat. first remove the bolts that hold the side cushions down...you will have to push down on the seat to get to them...1 on each cushion and once removed you could just lift the cushions out. once you do this you could see the 2 bolts on each side that hold the back of the seat (4 total)...remove them and then release the locking device that you use when you want to lower it...voila, it comes rifght off along with the carpeting of the trunk. then you could see the single bolt that holds the bottom of the seat, take that off and lean the seat forward until it comes off...and your done. hope this helps.
