i just recently had this occur. i was coasting in a parking lot, and a gave it a little gas. normally i would hear the intake taking in air, but this time it was a loud POP. i'm positive that the pop came from the front end of the car. i have an AEM short ram intake. i checked under the hood after i heard the noise and everything seemed fine. has there been a solid solution to this problem yet?
