    Hub bolt snapped!!!! SOS!

Alright guys, my bud has a 5th gen 2dr with 18's and is lowered on Tein coilovers. He doesn't have a camber kit though. Today we were drivin and the rear pass. wheel came loose, thanks to the lugs. After we took it off, we saw that one of the lugs was stripped and a different hub bolt was snapped in half. We're obviously gonna get it fixed, but more importantly what the hell could cause this???? We're wondering if we need to go to Honda for this or just a local tire shop. We go in the morning so lemme know. My thought is the camber in the rear affecting the hub bolts and torqing them too much. Thanks for the help guys

Its called over torquing excuse spelling im lazy to open word and use "check spelling." Someone must of over torque the lug nuts. Thats my answer to your question.
