Turn Signals not working

Hey i took apart the plastic dash piece that surrounds the gauges and cd player a/c .. etc... well i took it apart to paint and im driving right now with it off and i noticed my signals dont flash with i click it one way or the other. any ideas..???

Plug the center hazard button back in.
