When i rev my engine up sometimes white smoke comes out the exhaust. Could this be because i need new plugs and wires. any help appreciated

a cracked radiator cant cause coolant to leak into the block. if youre burning coolant its cause you have a cracked block, blown headgasket... something like that, that would cause coolant to get into the combustion chamber.
unless you were talking about a cracked radiator not giving enough coolant, in which case that would be bad too.
but if you are burning coolant, that engine related, which coulc suck hard... trust me, i know. im in the process of building an entirely new block.
