    Tranny problem???????????

Ok guys i have a quick question regarding my 95 accord ex..i know i know not a cb7 but hey u guys r smart. whenever the rpm's get up to bout 1750, there is a rattle under the car. if u put on a decent anount of gas then it doesn't make the noise but if u gently accelerate, then once it hits that 1750 mark it rattles again. once u go past 1750 the rattle stops. i was wondering if anyone had an idea of what it could be. thanks in advance!

its just at that point the exhaust happens to shake....i learned about it when i bought my first car which was a 97 accord lx...whenever i let the rpms drop too low when i shifted (noob with standard) it would always make that noise at 1750 rpms...it was like clockwork and always happened on cue...dont worry it aint anything serious. hopefully we're talking abou the same thing

i dont think there is anything to fix..its just something that happens when you let the rpms drop too low....nothing serious...if it bothers you that much keep the rpms above 1750 and you wont hear it

Install a "buzz kit." It applied to 94-97's because the downpipe was re-designed. It includes new gaskets bolts and springs. If that doesn't fix it you can replace the "A" pipe assembly back to the cat.

..or do as a Honda TSB says... "Consider it a characteristic of the vehicle."
