I personally haven't I still use Honda 10w-30 and Lucas but I've also heard great things about Syncromesh for 5-Speeds. Then again I have seen a few transmissions completely destroyed that where running it so that's pretty much why I haven't changed.

Granted the fluid probably didn't kill the transmissions they where probably on their last leg already but the coinsedense was to great to ignore.

I just use one pint of Lucas and the rest all Honda 10w-30 engine oil. Honda MTF isn't recommended until the 1997+ Prelude 5-Speed with ATTS.
