i was just wondering if anyone has the hytech header for their h22A and about how many hp it gives you cause i talked with a representative from hytech and he told me it would give me about 18 to 20 whp but he wouldnt show me a dyno and im more than likely gonna buy them but i want to make sure what he says is true.

2point6, what are you running now?
SMSP was my plan for the H22. I found an article or two comparing the Hytech to the SMSP, and the SMSP was far superior apparently.
The stock header on a JDM H22A is pretty good. The Type S stock piece is even better. Honestly, $350 or so for a new DC Sports header or similar "affordable" stuff just doesn't do it for me. The slight gains over stock with those aren't really worth the price, unless you want to say "look, I have a DC header!" Hytech, SMSP, and very few other headers make considerable power... as long as they're matched with comparable parts (SMSP bolted to a stock exhaust obviously won't do much! )

But Where Can I Get Some Headers Like Smsp

their header starts around $600-up and their performance gains are much better than most common brands out in the market.
here's a direct link to what they look like:
