its the wing...those put like a million pounds of down force on the rear wheels giving the RWD illusion

sounds like you have some engine problems player, not non-wing problems. Be more specific and we may be able to help you.

Alot of factors can determine why your mom's car is faster.
Even tho you guys have the same car.
              But here are a few

              1.Engine condition
              2.Mileage
              3.Way you drive
              4.How Fat you are
              5.Type of Engine oil used
              6.Type of Gasoline used
              7.Tire wear
              8.Tire Pressure
              9.Condition of drive axles
              10.Weight inside the car
              11.Weather condition
              12.Time of Day
              13.Type of Engine coolant used
              14.Condition of Drive belts
              15.Exhaust condition
              16.Condition of undercarrige suspension

              If all odds fail......................................
just get a BIGGER REAR SPOILER..........
That should make your car 100 times faster

This is the back view. If someone in front of you drives like this, watch out 'cuz he's a high performance driver! He knows how to go fast!

That is specific I can go man, or how about this my mom has a really firm grip on the road from the time of take off and I have to earn my firm grip by going faster

                Speed wheels 17's
                Wanli 215/45/17 tires
Cai intake (problem even before the cai)
                with Re-works real mesh filter
Pioneer 6500 with 6 1/2 in front and 6x9's in back all pioneer
                Crimestopper alarm system

not much done to my car and freaking nothing done to my moms. I know isn't really not done to my car but I was just listing what i have done to it
                thanks

the larger rims add more rotational mass...which equal to a little more sluggish acceleration.

how is your tune-up and maintainence?

do u have a drop?? if no then thats y. My mom's 90 feels faster at the start than my 91 (with a wing LOL) reason: I changed the springs 3 yrs ago, moms is stock, I know this becuse when parked side by side hers is lower than me by like 30 cm. Lower and stiffer supenion = faster acceleration.

Wtf, lower (sp?) I can't spell

Oh don't forget check ur compression!!

Oh man, I cant believe no one asked this simple question, so i'm jumping all over it! Is your mom's car a manual transmission (standard)??? Chances are they're both auto, but who knows these days...
