      and doing this allows u to run more boost (if doing turbo) or more nitrous

      sleeving it, u can run anywhere from 6-15 and up pounds of boost with kno problem
      blocks are aluminum, when sleeved (yes they can be & reason is for increased cylinder wall strength for significantly increased power ie. boosting, nitrous). Sleeves are typically ductile iron of some kind...many grades of it. Block will need to be bored/honed out to spec to fit sleeve, then the sleeve itself will be bore/honed to fit ur size piston & rings for nice fit.
