everyday after work the sun comes out and it gets fucking hot in houston if my car sits out from lunch(1:30) to end(5:00) i can't start it, it idles like the battery is going out. it keeps doing this and then eventually it will start. any answers?

Idles? If it idles, then it's started.
However, if you mean it won't start at all after sitting in the sun all day, could be your main relay. Kind of common, some solder joints on the inside come loose after a while and it makes itself apparent after it gets warm inside the cabin. The main relay is in the cabin, up under the dash in the driver's side footwell.
The starter will turn the motor but the motor will never catch. You can hear the relay click as you turn the key from 0 on through to start.
Choice is to fix or replace. There is a thread here on how to fix.
