    Oil Pressure Gauge install. need help.

    My friend sold me a oil pressure gauge. that i want to install. but i don't know how to. and it didn't come iwth any instructions. can anyone on here help me. i searched but didn't really find anything to help me. oh yeah, i have an autometer gauge, the phantom series.
    Boosted H22...Underway....Getting parts, and gaining knowledge....first thing to do is diy body work, and paint....H22 Swap should be doen by the end of this month if all goes right...

    You need to add a tee to the oil pressure sensor on the back of the block just above the oil filter so you can get your feed for the gauge and still have an oil supply to the sensor...

              no, i just have the gauge, so do i need that? or does the h22 already have one? or whatever.

                sry to bring up the old post but im having the same problem and i found this thread during my search... bought an autometer gauge electric used..no instructions and need help installing it... wondering if i needed a pressure sending unit?

                  You need the sending unit. The stock one will not work.

                    yea, go to egauges.com and look for the sender, thats compatible to auto meter.
