ok... so i have the left fan out... then the right one is held on by one FDAL;SKFJASD;L ground wire that won't come off.... i mean... the clip is like stuck to the adapter... or maybe it doens't even come off... but how the crap do i get the right fan out... the only thing holding it in is that wire...

Try a flathead screwdriver on the clip. Its how I had to release mine. I ended up cutting it off because the replacement fan housing didn't have a place to put the clip back on, so I attached my own connectors and zip tied em out of the way. Sure made it easier to remove the next time I had to take it out!
