leaking clutch fluid

hey i have a hole in the hose that on the transmission and if i dont keep the clutch resivior full i lose pressure and the pedal goes dead. its getting annoying but i dont know where i can buy the hose from please help

i had tp purchase the same line because the rubber part was rubbing against part of the transmission and made a hole.
took like 2 damn hours to fix!!!
