    funny scent

    ok i get the famous eggy scent.. as in clutch is burning.. sometimes its a powerful scent something its a lil odor.. could it be my clutch burning? i don't see me doing anything wrong that will cause it to do it and whatnot.... do u think low on motor oil will do it.. cuz i checked my engine oil and it was kinda low.... i heard it sometimes can be a leaky valve or catylatic converter or sumthing..

    help me out..

    it is possible its you catalytic converter. new accords have the same problem and we replace the converter.

      Oh I know it, I do like one 98+ Accord cat a week. I've even seen a few new CR-V's and Elements with the same problem.

        Did you install new break pads and rotors?
        When they are new and first start to heat up they release
        this "eggy" scent.

          nope.....


          i get the scent out of the blue.. once in a blue moon.. get out.. put one feet down on the ground... and bend down i can smell it from under the car.. sometimes through the vents... i thought it was just someone's morning breathe..
