    o2 Sensor

Well the other day I was going to take off my heatshield over the headers, but not knowing any better I thought that the o2 sensor just pulled straight out, so I took out the trusty vice grips and rubber hammer and went to work... well I never got it out. Then when I went to drive my car my check engine light came on, so I went back home and checked the codes: yeap it threw a oxygen sensore code...and the o2 sensor is $70, so what effects can it have on my engine if I dont get a new one and just leave the messed up sensor? Will the performance lost be worth $70? Will it have anything to do with gas mileage?

or get a used one from someone parting out their car haha...they arent cheap

but you say you have headers? or header? hahaha
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

$70 actually isn't bad. A new one from the dealer will set you back about $220
