Are these ecu's interchangable?

I have a 90 accord with f22b1 swap with a 5sp. can I use an ecu from an AT?
94-97 ex accord 5 sp ecus are hard to come by... Thanks for your expert knowledge. So basically would an AT ecu work in my 5 sp?

It will work however it's not going to be perfect. Your best bet is to get a 5-Speed P0A. You can find these pretty much all over the internet on different forums, Losts of 5th gen 5 speed owners swap in h22's and have those ecu's left over. They normally go from $25-$50. If yo ustill can't find one you can always try car-part.com. You'll deffinately find one there.
