4 fast blinks=crank position sensor, gonna see what i can fiond on this...

okay, found out, it was in the distributor but i just replaced the distributor so i dont know what is up.

also found out the timing belt might be part of it...this was off HAN
"if the accord is equipped with a cam position sensor, a sloppy belt could set a TDC for the crank position sensor because it is not in sync with the cam sensor."

so i should check my taiming belt as well because when i try to check my timing, it is set at 15 but it kinda bounces around. plus, my idle fluctuates 50 rpms.

yea...getting it smogged 2morrow, gonna ask them what is up.

okay so i went in today and they said i couldnt do smog unless i get rid of the check engine light...they are doing a diagnostic test on the car right now trying to find out about the light and the almost dying part.
going 2morrow to drop off the old distributor because they said that the new one was giving them a low resistance reading...could this be true or bs?
