Damnit Mickk ... be niiiice .. oii .. sorry crazystdriver .. but Micks Meds are kickin in ..

We're assuming you checked and *sure* it's your tranny..? I dont know about a *new* one ..
Just get it to a mech... one you know of, reputable .. get a quote on repairs...
I for one think the oil pan would hit, before the tranny would .. but,
      I'm also *not* a mech ..

G'Luck with it all .. pictures would be very useful btw .. just so we could give you better advice ..

      A Hui Hou !!!

To answer your question...no...there is no oil pan for your transmission.

Like PakaloloHonda stated..are you sure it's tranny fluid and not oil?

Once I ran over a bump and my car bottomed out really bad. It cracked the tranny housing and it leaked tranny. I kept driving and noticed it would take more power to drive, then it just died. At 5k RPM in first gear I would be going like 5 mph. Then it jus died. Do not drive the car if u think the tranny may have been hit. Tow it to a place.

The transmission case would just crack if u drop into a pot hole. And the oil pan would bend in and then crack. So if your transmission is cracked you can get away with pasting it with jb weld for a short while until you get a new transmission or get that one repaired.

ooooo....if you are sure its the trans thats leaking and not the oil pan, I have bad news for you......the transmission case has to be replaced. Best bet, is just go to the boneyard and get a new trans.
