    Clutch problems...

I've been trying to fix my clutch for a while now and so far, I replaced the fluid, Clutch master cylinder, and slave master cylinder... I've driven other manual Honda's before and my car doesn't perform the same as far as performance and pedal resistence goes. Might I have a bad clutch and/or flywheel? I'm not going to die if I don't get this resolved, but its rather annoying!

How many miles are on the Clutch?

...the problem is that it doesn't engage properly when I am driving, like there isn't any pressure. I did the repairs myself and I bled the system at the slave clutch cylinder and I don't know how many miles the clutch has(The odometer reads 205,000 original miles).

your probably in need of a new clutch im pushing 197,000 on mine and it does just about what you said as far as the engaging. that and its like when you get on the gas the engines goin but the car takes its sweet time getting up to speed. Im replacing it anyways though cause im goin turbo.

the clutch has probably reached the end of it's life...baby it or...

get a new clutch, resurface the flywheel and enjoy the tedious task of pullin the axles, dropping the tranny, removal of old clutch components, installation of new components (don't forget the loctite... ) and the icing on the cake...lining the tranny back up...

it'd all be easy of not for lining the input shaft back up and sliding that heavy fucker back on...

It's not that hard.. not super easy but no way in hell is it worth what shops charge for the job... $300-600+

Hmm... I now know what needs to be done! I think I'm gonna replace the clutch with an OEM replacement. I have another engine I might build up over time(turbo maybe?) and I might go high-tech . Anybody know of a cheap OEM replacement?

A clutch is worth spending the money on considering how tedious and time consuming it is to replace one.. Same with spending the extra money on quality brake rotors, something I learned the hard way! now, Brembo all the way!
