engine died..? plz help

k so i was having a fairly shitty day already cause i was going to the Law courts in to fight a speeding ticket...

and all of a sudden my engine dies. i manage to pull over on the side of the street. get out, i look under the hood and one of the rubber covers for the spark plugs on the valve cover had popped off, and there looks to be a lil spray of oil or whatever around (i could be wrong) ... i haven't had a really good look at it since i got it towed home. but anyway what do you guys think it is.. broken spark plug?

how bad is it....how much Scrilla will it cost to fix..... i hope the engine isn't blown or something...

here i got a pic of a valve cover and edited to show you which thinger came off..... this is obviously not mine heheh... the yellow arrow points to where the rubber cover/cable popped off.

PS : i did beat the speeding ticket i was going to fight at least, but still a day from hell.

I think this thread can probably be deleted, according to his other thread, its a broken timing belt....case closed.
