Get bolts that fit through the caliper bracket that are long enough to touch the rotor and have threads left over. Thread a nut on the opposite side of the bracket, and tighten the bolt.
It’ll press against the back of the rotor and pop it off.
I was hammering on a rear disc set-up for 20 minutes today, got frustrated and did this. Rotor was off in 30 seconds. I hope this saves somebody some time!
