maybe it's a faulty switch...i think there are two of them....follow the plug from the fan and the first one you run into is probably the culpritI cheated on my cb7 with an e30.....Not cool. I will be a honda boy at heart though woop woop

Thats the thing the heat can be off and it will turn on still but not as fast. The other day me and my father were trying to fix it and we wanted to see if the timing on the fan was correct we waited at least 10-15 min after the car was warm for it to turn on and it didnt even move.I thought it was the fan clutch but the fan wouldnt turn on at all if it was that.Im not trying to go to a junk and getting a new fan because if that fan is messed up alos i will lose my money. Is it easy to take off the fan?I cheated on my cb7 with an e30.....Not cool. I am trying to tell you... the fan either works or it doesnt. If it spins.. then it works. If it never never never turns on.. then it might be broken.. then you just wire it directly to the battery for a second, and see if it turns on. I would suggest you just wire one or both to a switch by the dash so you can turn them on and off whenever. You can find a power source in the kickpanel fusebox, and that way, even if you leave the switch on, that fusebox *shouldnt* have power when the car is off.
