JB Welding Intake Spacer Bad Idea?

So I got off the highway and my car was suddenly surging badly, and whistling. Take a look at my spacer.

1. I hope that didn't damage anything down the chain (I haven't noticed anything weird yet)

2. What the heck

3. What should I do, I don't wanna JB weld it again.

if you are referring to the small hole why not just get a machine screw that had an allen head inset and tap the hole to match (or vice versa)? throw some red thread locker on it and you won't have to worry about it backing out
