Steering wheel

So the steering wheel of my accord has all the rubber gone on a 4 inch section on top of the steering wheel itself(right where my face would contact in case of an accident ), last night I was looking for threads on wheels that could be compatible as a direct swap(another cb being the obvious) but I found that for certain wheels our fine members had to change out the steering column. Are there any wheels that are a direct swap without having to change anything else? I apologize if I missed the tread but I did not see it.

There are others, namely the 87-91 prelude, but that's all the common ones.

the steering column swap was purely to swap in the s2000 wheel.
