The best/easiest way to lock the shoulder seat belt for spirited driving

I already have a CG-Lock device that locks the lap belt nice and tight but the shoulder belt still has slack. What's the best way to keep it snug?

This would be for track driving, not daily obviously. I have the stock seats.

    Thanks

The shoulder belt usually locks itself if it's pulled quickly enough... but I'm curious to know if there are other solutions as well.
