You'll have to do some looking. Find the source of the water, get someone to spray the car when sitting in the back seat. Figure out where it is coming from. There are only so many points of entry so check the door rubber seal and all seals.

If it is flooded there is a good chance the sunroof water drain tube that goes down behind the rear corner of the seat has come loose/cracked open and the water is draining down.

Good luck. May want to search the site for others who had this issue too.

Over Christmas, I tracked a leak that was soaking the floor under and behind the driver seat to a rusted weld in the roof seam under the front end of the black strip in the roof channel. The water came through the rusted hole in the channel, drained onto the headliner, over to the pillar lining, down the lining about halfway, then switched to the weatherstrip on the door opening, down to the door sill under the carper, then some flowed onto the floor under the driver's feet, some flowed along the sill until it flowed over the side to the rear foot well.

I had to pull out the seats and raise the carpet on that side to both dry the carpet and expose the door sill area to track the leak.
