So I'm looking to buy my first manual transmission. 1992 HONDA ACCORD EX. H22 engine with F22 manual transmission. I've never been in a 5 speed Honda everything seemed to shift smoothly but is vibration at first in reverse and drive normal? Please let me know before I buy it.

Are you talking about vibration when pulling away from a stop? If so that's clutch chatter, depending how bad it is, it can be anything from just annoying to an indication of a larger problem. Usually a warped flywheel.
I would look carefully to the worksmanship of the engine swap. H22 engine is great but see how well it was installed - were there wire splices, missing brackets, etc? Mysterious electrical or drivability problems? Bad worksmanship can really be a pain if it wasn't done well and it can be very hard to troubleshoot.1992 EX, 306,000 miles - Track toy - M2S4, H23A1, ST rear swaybar, Wagon brakes, GC coil sleeves, KYB AGX dampers, Stoptech pads, Toyo Proxes R1R, 2.25" exhaust
