I won't be much help but you should have returned them immediately when they did not fit.

I guess others have made them work, but id have returned them and went with a name brand just to avoid all of this, of if money was an issue, junkyards never let you down.

Well it was a waste of money, but hey it wont matter after I do the h-swap. I plan on scrapping them or something. It was just to get me by until then.

if you are getting a leak I can almost guarantee you it is coming from where the downpipe and header meet. The flanges the ebay brand uses are shitty and are often times not true or warped from the factory. Also the gasket is shit. The best one to use to attempt to seal up the flange is this one:

use that with a coat of copper exhaust gasket adhesive and it should seal it up nicely. I used it on mine and it wound up holding up for about 9 months till it leaked again

Don't bash the hell out of them like emosun did. Hunt the junkyards and craigslist. You shouldn't have to fork over more than 25-30 bucks for a stock downpipe. I got one of these myself a long time ago. Said fuck it and put the stock downpipe on and it worked. Then I got a DC which cracked a primary.. Then a Megan which held up till the car was totaled.

I bought some kind of sheet gasket kit that looks like it's made from graphite? Someone recommended it and it worked for everything but the down pipe. I might just buy that gasket you recommended if I can't get mine to stop leaking.

I should of just got the stock header and down pipe at the yard, it would of been cheaper and usually the down pipe on most the vehicles I see have been replaced.
