short block replacement

I freaking did it, got my short block this weekend at Pick & Pull half off weekend. I took me a day & a half. I know, I know ... I do not want to hear. It took me 8hrs to get it out of the car, with tranny still attach and second half day 4hrs to split the tranny/engine & strip down the engine to a short block. I got F22A1 from a 93 four door LX. Putting this project on the back burner, my freaking back is killing me.
If anyone has any good feed back, write up, stickies to share on how to transfer and drop the new engine in, Im all open for the help.

Im done. this project is done, drove the car home from the storage yard today. It took me almost a year to complete. Out of pocket expenses were $300 and lots back freaking pain.
I got a few issues but gonna post up in a separate thread. This was a personal accomplishment, I knew there would come a day I would do a an engine swap, I can know scratch it off my bucket list. Peace
