what's the cheapest way to replace the cat and makes it legal for smog?

buy magnaflow/carsound univerisal cat off ebay, find place to weld...all in all, it costed me 100 bucks total.

hmm...ive had ppl tell me it was 2.25" so i bought one and it was way big...i think the right diamter is 1 7/8"...just best to go with 2"....im really now sure.
