Left Projector Bulb keeps blowing

I put in a new H3 bulb from autozone, none of the blue/white light crap, and as I was readjusting the other projector I hear "pop" and the light blew AGAIN! What the hell. Yes let the beatings begin for buying the 1 piece chrome projectors off ebay. When the light was still good I looked at the "lense" and saw that it was a bit cloudy, moisture? Anyone know a remidy for this? I am really starting to get pissed

Make sure the part that from the bulb that connects to the another connection has the little rubber booty around the connection, if that hits any metal it will ground out and pop it. mine use to do that, then i fixed it.

Alright, I noticed the boot was not fully on it, Maybe that's the prob.

check your fuses too
