TDC flywheel mark question

Been searching on the internet for well over 2 hours now. Maybe I'm not asking the right question? I dont know, but its driving me crazy! Real simple, what is the correct TDC mark on the flywheel?

Is it the white + sign?

or is it the white - sign?

There are two white marks, the 't' mark at TDC, and another 'l' mark at I think from memory about 35° BTDC (no idea what it's for).

For anyone who is unsure, the red mark is 15° BTDC, the marks either side of that are 13° and 17° BTDC.
