replaced clutch, now powersteering is acting funny

It's been a long while since i posted anything on here, mostly because i dont have a cb7 anymore...but i recently ran into a problem working on someone else's.

I replaced the clutch with just an oem replacement clutch kit and when everything was said and done, it works fine. but the power steering works intermittently at best...and while you drive on cornering it makes an odd sound, not the normal p/s pump going bad sound.

i have a video of the sound here going down my street:

any ideas on what could have happened? nothing wrong as far as shifting and driving. just the p/s and the noise..

Sounds like the PS decided to die during the downtime when changing the transmission parts. I doubt they are related to each other unless you had the car on jack stands on an angle and ran the car with the PS fluid low (resulting in the PS sucking in air)
