Quick question about timing belt

I have the choice of buying the following stuff for around 300 ...is this good?

WATER PUMP JAPANESE
TIMING BELT HONDA
BALACE BELT HONDA
TENSioners OEM KOYO HONDA

And the 4 seals which need to be replaced with the timing belt
